Max ReisingerFrom scalable cloud infrastructure to hardened security architecture – we provide the technical foundation for your digital success.
We plan and operate elastic cloud environments based on Kubernetes and Terraform. Automatic scaling, load balancing, and high availability are standard for us – for workloads of any size.
Leave the operation of your physical and virtual servers to our engineers. Including 24/7 monitoring, regular patches, and guaranteed availability of 99.9%.
Our security architecture includes network segmentation, SIEM integration, GDPR-compliant encryption, and regular penetration tests. This keeps your data protected – on-premises and in the cloud.
We guide you from legacy infrastructure to modern, automated IT. With clear migration roadmaps, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines, you will noticeably increase your development speed.
High-availability networks with redundant connections, SD-WAN, and optimized latency. We implement hybrid connections between data centers, cloud regions, and your locations.
Clear Definitions for Your Planning
The guaranteed availability refers to the pure computing time of the underlying virtual machines. Scheduled maintenance windows, announced at least 14 days in advance, are excluded from this definition. The same applies to outages caused by force majeure or third-party interventions.
All storage specifications refer to the usable capacity after RAID implementation and file system overhead. The actual available amount may vary by up to 50 percent depending on the chosen redundancy level (RAID 1, 5, 6, or 10). Billing is based on the booked gross volume.
Our backup service secures the operating system, applications, and configuration files by default. Temporary files, caches, logs older than 30 days, and user-specific data outside the defined backup paths are not included in the scope of services. An individual extension of the backup strategy is possible for an additional charge.
The term "unlimited traffic" refers to data traffic within our data center network and to connected peering partners. External traffic handled via the public internet is subject to a fair usage limit of 10 TB per month and server. In the event of exceeding this limit, we reserve the right to throttle the bandwidth or recommend a paid upgrade.
Each request receives a priority level based on its impact on business operations. Critical disruptions (failure of all services) are handled within 30 minutes, high priority (partial failure) within 2 hours, and normal requests within 8 hours. Planning and configuration requests fall into the lowest category and are handled within 24 hours.
The prices stated at the time of contract conclusion are guaranteed for the minimum term of 12 months. After that, they may be adjusted according to general cost developments. A price increase will be communicated in writing at least 60 days before it takes effect. Special conditions from promotions are limited to the promotional period.
